* WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 420 AM EDT, emergency management reported high water lingering
across some roads in the area from prior excessive rainfall.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Weston, Philippi, Glenville, Audra State Park, Belington, Jackson
Mill, Stonewall Jackson, Junior, Lost Creek, Jane Lew, Horner,
Century, Camden, Volga, Galloway, Alum Bridge, Linn, Moatsville,
Baldwin and Troy.

Interstate 79 between mile markers 92 and 113. Route 33 between
mile markers 1 and 4...and near mile marker 6.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
