For the Little Kanawha River...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Kanawha River at Glenville. * WHEN...Until this late morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Low spots on Brooklyn Drive, Elm Street, and River Street flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 22.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 23.5 feet later this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning. - Flood stage is 23.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 23.6 feet on 03/31/1940. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
