- At 739 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the
warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

Parsons, Davis, Thomas, Hendricks, Hambleton, Blackwater Falls,
Benbush, Elk, Canaan Valley State Park, Red Creek, Lead Mine,
Canaan Hgts, Cortland, Davisville, Saint George, Laneville,
