* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern Braxton County in north central West
Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 105 AM EDT, emergency management reported that prior heavy
rain in the warned area has resulted in continued flooding of
several roads across the area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Weston, Stonewall Jackson, Jackson Mill, Jane Lew, Camden, Alum
Bridge, Sand Run, Linn, Baldwin and Troy.
- This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 83 and 105. Route 33 near mile
marker 1.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
