* WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1207 AM EDT, flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Glenville, Cedar Creek State Park, Big Otter, Burnsville, Sand
Fork, Normantown, Cedarville, Shock, Rosedale, Stumptown, Wilsie,
Nicut, Stouts Mills, Millstone, Orma, Baldwin, Chloe and Nebo.
- This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 39 and 44...and
between mile markers 77 and 83.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
