Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 8
inches above 2500 feet with locally higher amounts along the
Cascade crest. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lighter snowfall amounts are forecast below
2500 feet along I-90 and US 12.
Steady snowfall this afternoon and tonight will turn over to snow
showers Wednesday.
