* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 8 and 18 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and Northern King Counties, Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties, Cascades of Pierce and Lewis Counties, and Cascades of Southern King County. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snow will be possible for areas above 2500 feet. The heaviest snow will fall tonight through Wednesday morning.

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power outages.
