...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Washington... Stehekin River at Stehekin affecting Chelan County. For the Stehekin River...including Stehekin...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue. * WHERE...Stehekin River at Stehekin. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, water inundates some properties and overtops the temporary corduroy bridge. Company Creek Road inundated at northern end. Battalion Creek culverts are beginning to be overtopped. Water begins damaging Wood Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 AM PDT Friday the stage was 21.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 19.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:30 AM PDT Friday was 21.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to recede, falling below flood stage Saturday morning and continue falling to 20.3 feet by early Tuesday April 28th. - Flood stage is 20.5 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
