* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Northeast Washington, including the following county, Spokane. * WHEN...Until 1100 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 905 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Spokane, Spokane Valley, Airway Heights, Nine Mile Falls, Millwood, Town And Country, Country Homes, Fairwood, Mead, Dishman, Marshall, Opportunity and Valleyford. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
