North central Whitman County in eastern Washington... * Until 930 PM PDT. * At 828 PM PDT, a trained spotter reported blowing dust in Ritzville producing visibility between 1/2 and 1 mile. HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 209 and 235. U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 89 and 96. Locations impacted include... Ritzville, Lamont, Marcellus, Marengo, Tokio, Winona, Revere, Packard, Ewen, Ewan, and Schoonover.
Instruction: 
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your foot off the brake.
