near north-south running canyons.
* WHERE...Lower Washington County.
* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers.
