Southwestern Greene County in southeastern Mississippi... * Until 1100 PM CDT. * At 1035 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 8 miles southwest of Beaumont, or 16 miles northeast of Wiggins, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern George, southeastern Perry and southwestern Greene Counties.
