Northeastern Marshall County in central Illinois... * Until 845 PM CDT. * At 813 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Varna, or 8 miles northeast of Lacon, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Trained spotter reported a funnel cloud near Henry. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This dangerous storm will be near... Wenona around 825 PM CDT. This includes Interstate 39 between mile markers 33 and 40.
