West Central Lafayette County in southwestern Arkansas...
Southern Miller County in southwestern Arkansas...
Southeastern Cass County in northeastern Texas...
* Until 430 AM CST.
* At 341 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Bivins, or 10 miles south of Atlanta, moving
northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
* Locations impacted include...
Atlanta, Queen City, Fouke, Brightstar, Ravanna, Genoa, Bivins,
Bloomburg and Fort Lynn.
Instruction:
Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.
