Description:
At 309 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Balmorhea, or 18 miles south of Toyah, moving
northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

This includes Interstate 10 between mile markers 197 and 207.
