* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, north winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 24 possible. * WHERE...Bailey, Hale, Lamb, Castro, Parmer, and Swisher Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 5 AM CDT Saturday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Saturday night through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
