* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Freeze conditions can kill sensitive vegetation. Lawn
sprinklers left on can cause icing of roads and sidewalks.
Instruction:
Turn off lawn sprinklers and protect tender plants from the cold.
