In southeast Texas, Brazoria Islands, Coastal Brazoria, Coastal Galveston, Coastal Matagorda, Fort Bend, Galveston Island, Inland Brazoria, Inland Galveston, Inland Matagorda, Matagorda Islands and Wharton. * WHEN...From 7 AM CDT this morning through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
