* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...All of South Texas * WHEN...From late tonight through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Due to recent rainfall, the 3 hour flash flood guidance has fallen below 2.5" for much of the eastern half of South Texas with some spots below 0.50". Locations out west are sitting at 2.5-3" in the 3 hour flash flood guidance. With the expectation of more rain this week and into the weekend, flooding will be possible, especially within the strongest thunderstorms. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
