* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central Texas, including the following counties, Lampasas, Bell, Milam, Robertson, and Leon. * WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall totals of .75 to 1 inches, with isolated higher amounts possible.
