* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of central Texas, including the following counties, Lampasas, Bell, Milam, Robertson, and Leon. * WHEN...From midnight CDT tonight through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches.
