* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Tom Green County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 340 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, Lake Nasworthy, Goodfellow Air Force Base, O.C. Fisher Reservoir and Twin Buttes Reservoir. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
