Description: 
* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Crockett and Sutton. * WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 242 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms over southeast Crockett and northwest Sutton counties. Movement was northeast at 30 mph. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Up to 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sonora, The Intersection Of Us-277 And Ranch Road 189, The Intersection Of I-10 And Ranch Road 1989, I-10 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line, The Intersection Of Ranch Road 2596 And Ranch Road 864 and The Intersection Of Highway 163 And Ranch Road 1973. - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 378 and 432.
