Central El Paso County in western Texas... * Until 130 AM MDT. * At 1133 PM MDT, Merging thunderstorms have become nearly stationary over East El Paso, right along and near Lee Trevino. Flash flooding is imminent, especially in poor drainage areas east of Airway, and west of Loop 375. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low- lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... East and Far East El Paso, and Fort Bliss.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
