The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northwestern Tarrant County in north central Texas...
* Until 315 AM CDT.
* At 1206 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
forecast. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Fort Worth, Haltom City, Keller, Hurst, Watauga, Saginaw, Azle,
Lake Worth, Eagle Mountain, North Richland Hills, Blue Mound,
Pelican Bay and Lakeside.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
