For the Fire Weather Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening. * Wind...Southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph. * Humidity...As low as 12 percent. * Fuels...Dry. * Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is discouraged.
