At 646 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Alamo, or 10 miles west of Humboldt, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Jackson, Alamo, Bells, Adair, Holly Grove, Maury City, Gadsden, Fruitvale, Quincy, Gibson Wells, Crockett Mills, Huntersville, Gum Flat, Westover, Roberts, Brims Corner, Windy City, Jones, Johnsons Grove, and Mason Grove. This includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 66 and 83.
