The combination of southerly wind gusts as high as 20 to 30 mph, relative humidity values dropping as low as 20 to 30 percent, and dry fine dead fuels will lead to near critical fire weather conditions tomorrow in Bennington County, mainly for the lower elevations where snow has completely melted. If any fires were to start, the weather and fuel conditions could cause fires to quickly get out of control and be difficult to contain.
