Instruction:
Rain is moving into Vermont and northern New York. Several
stations east of the Green Mountains from Lamoille and Caledonia
Counties southwards have temperatures around 30-34 degrees. So
light freezing rain is possible. Slick roads and elevated surfaces
may be result from a light glaze of ice. Temperatures are
expected to warm above freezing over the next couple hours.
