Description:
At 618 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 8 miles northeast of Twitty to 4 miles
southeast of Shamrock to near Samnorwood. Movement was east at 20
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Samnorwood and Lutie.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 168 and 176.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
