Description:
At 524 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms over
Boys Ranch, or 21 miles northeast of Vega, moving northeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Dumas, Vega, Channing, Four Way, Valley De Oro, Boys Ranch, and
Masterson.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 34 and 44.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
