Description: 
At 726 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near New Berlin, or 10 miles southeast of Cibolo, moving northeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... New Braunfels, Seguin, Cibolo, McQueeney, Marion, Santa Clara, New Berlin, Zuehl, Nolte, and Zipp.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle. This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
