Description:
At 1251 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Grulla Middle School, or near Garciasville, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Sullivan City, La Grulla, Cuevitas, and Grulla Middle School.
This includes US Highway 83 between mile markers 834 and 836.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
