Description: 
At 344 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Carthage to 6 miles south of Murfreesboro. Movement was east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Murfreesboro, Cookeville, Smithville, Woodbury, Carthage, Algood, Watertown, Baxter, Gordonsville, Hickman, South Carthage, Alexandria, Dowelltown, Liberty, Auburntown, Lascassas, Burgess Falls State Park, Center Hill Lake, Granville, and Milton. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between mile markers 248 and 286. Interstate 24 between mile markers 83 and 86.
