IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Spartanburg, Pacolet, Roebuck, Pacolet Mills, Moore, Croft State Park, Cedar Springs, Jonesville, Reidville, and Buffalo.
