At 432 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Catawba, or 10 miles south of Rock Hill, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Lancaster, Andrew Jackson State Park, USC Lancaster, Van Wyck, Arrowood Estates, Carolina Commons Shopping Center, and McWhirter Airfield.
