Description: 
Isolated heavy snow showers with strong winds will be possible until mid evening across portions of central Pennsylvania. Snow showers with wind gusts to 40 mph will result in poor visibilities at times. Use extra caution if you are traveling early this evening. Slow down in areas of poor visibility. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads may lead to accidents. Again, please use caution in areas of poor visibility and allow plenty of stopping distance. Avoid braking suddenly. Conditions should improve by mid evening.
