At 1100 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm near Adair, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations in or near the path include... White Oak... Big Cabin... Cleora... Adair... Vinita... Ketchum... This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 264 and 289.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for northeastern Oklahoma.
