Description: 
Surface observations and traffic cameras show developing fog across most of central and southeast Virginia and northeast North Carolina early this morning. Patchy visbilities as low as a quarter mile or less are possible. Fog should clear and visbilities improve after 9 AM. Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds...watch for children at school bus stops...and use low beam headlights only.
