Description:
Fog will be locally dense from the Piedmont of Virginia into North
Carolina this morning. Visibilities of a quarter mile or less will
be encountered while traveling, so be alert as visibilities can
fluctuate back and forth over a mile or so. Use low beams, slow
down and allow extra room between you and any vehicles ahead of
you.
