At 301 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of training showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain and gusty winds over southern Sampson County, with individual shower and storm motions to the northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...One to two inches of rain may produce minor flooding, and gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Harrells, Turkey, and Ivanhoe.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
