Description:
At 529 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Willard, or near Wallace, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
White Stocking, Murray Town, Maple Hill, Willard, and Watha.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 388 and 398.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
