Description: 
As temperatures hover near, or drop to slightly below freezing, previously wet ground surfaces may become icy across portions of the southern Adirondacks, the Lake George Saratoga region and western Mohawk Valley through 9 AM. Motorists and pedestrians should remain alert to the possibility of some black ice on untreated ground surfaces. Elevated road surfaces such as bridges and overpasses, highway on and off ramps, as well parking lots and other walkways will be more susceptible to potential black ice formation through 9 AM this morning.
