Description:
An band of snow is moving to the east-southeast into western
Wisconsin. Visibilities within this band of snow could drop to
1/2 to 1/4 of a mile for a brief time before improving once the
band passes. Those traveling early this morning should be prepared
for sudden changes in driving conditions.
