Description: 
Low pressure system will be moving into southern Saskatchewan tonight and east into southern Manitoba Monday. Precipitation ahead of the system may affect parts of northeast North Dakota and far northwest Minnesota between 1AM and noon Monday and temperatures may be cold enough for light snow or light freezing rain. The best chance for light snow accumulations greater than 1 inch are near the International Border, while the better chances for light freezing rain if it occurs is along the Highway 2 corridor. Temperatures at the time of precipitation will be critical and will determine any travel impacts Monday morning.
