Description: 
At 1203 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles southwest of Cass City to 6 miles southwest of Caro to near Frankenmuth. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Caro, Vassar, Cass City, and Millington around 1210 AM EDT. Mayville around 1215 AM EDT. Kingston around 1225 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include East Dayton, Deford, Colling, Tuscola, Wilmot, Colwood, Ellington, Gilford, Watrousville, and Richville.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM EDT for southeastern Michigan.
