Description:
Surface observations and traffic cameras show developing fog
across southeast Virginia, northeast North Carolina, and the
lower Maryland Eastern Shore early this morning. Highly localized
visbilities as low as a quarter mile are possible. Fog should
clear and visbilities improve after 9 AM.
Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds...watch for
children at school bus stops...and use low beam headlights only.
