HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow accompanied by winds of up to 30 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a mile. This band is producing heavy snow at the rate of 1 inch per hour. LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 351 PM EDT, a band of heavy snow was along a line extending from Chandlerville to near Eolia and moving east at 30 MPH. THIS BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR... Prestonsburg, Wheelwright, Fleming-Neon, Martin, Allen, Alvin, Lancer, Farraday, Potters Fork, and Neon Junction around 355 PM EDT. Jenkins, Tomahawk, Beefhide, Osborn, Gaskill, Boldman, Davisport, Betsy Layne, Galveston, and Dunham around 400 PM EDT. Pikeville, Inez, Coal Run Village, Add, Gulnare, Virgie, Davella, Delong, Jonancy, and Wells around 405 PM EDT. Job, Bradbury, Prince, Moree, Preece, and Shelby Gap around 410 PM EDT. Jarad, Lookout, Zebulon, McClure, Garden Village, Chloe, Piso, Heenan, Threeforks, and Andy around 415 PM EDT. Warfield, Rockhouse, Laura, Varney, Lovely, Raccoon, Meta, Beauty, Ashcamp, and Coalpoint around 420 PM EDT. Oppy, Conder, Marrowbone, Hatfield Station, and Heisey around 425 PM EDT. Elkhorn City, Kimper, Canada, Phyllis, Whitepost, Fishtrap Lake, Sidney, Rural, Cedarville, and Belcher around 430 PM EDT. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
