Description:
At 651 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Shepherdsville, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Shepherdsville, Pioneer Village, Fern Creek, Highview, Mount
Washington, Hillview, Simpsonville, Hebron Estates, Fox Chase, and
Hunters Hollow.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio

and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until noon EDT for central
Kentucky.
