At 941 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Madison, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects and vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Burlington, New Strawn, Hartford, Gridley, Le Roy, and John Redmond Reservoir.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for east central Kansas.
